Maddy Cottell won Miss Bristol City in September 2010 and will be competing amongst 60 finalists in the Miss Great Britain Contest early in December 2010 at Weston- Super-Mare.
Maddy was so moved on hearing about Ryan through various close friends of hers and recent interviews with John (Ryan’s Dad) on Heart FM, that she has decided to support ‘a Life for a Cure’ during her fundraising activities. Maddy will be collecting funds for Meningitis UK on the streets of Bristol on November 20th and selling the popular ‘a Life for a Cure’ wristbands to friends and family. She has also offered her help in any future events for Ryan’s Appeal.
