We have been in on-going discussions with Clifton College on several occasions concerning their valuable support in commemorating Ryan’s Life.

Whilst many initiatives are underway, we were truly touched when the Sports Department came out to see us in April 2010, and confirmed they had decided to commemorate Ryan, and his sporting achievements at the College, by naming the proposed ‘New Hockey Stadium’ after him, at the College Sports Facility at Beggars Bush. A Tribute Plaque is also to be suitably placed on the entrance to the main pitch, explaining Ryan’s Story and this superb commemorative honour.

This is a perfect tribute and one which adds exceptional meaning to his time and experiences at the College, and to the many friends and colleagues who like him, and all of us, will be exceedingly proud of such an honour. We know through this and his Appeal Fund ‘a LIFE for a CURE’ the foundations are firmly established to provide a fitting legacy in his honour, which we hope will continue to inspire many budding sports players following in his footsteps.

Congratulations Ryan, and thank you Clifton College.
