Bridgett’s Bristol 10k

I decided to run the Bristol 10k in the evening of Ryan’s Day. I was so moved by what was such a heart-warming occasion and by the strength of John, Michelle and Shim that I felt compelled to do something to help.

So on the morning of Sunday May 9th I put on my running shoes along with thousands of others. Spurred on by the memory of Ryan I completed the run in my fastest time to date.

I would like to thank everyone who very kindly sponsored me and helped me to raise an amazing £1,900.00 for ‘a life for a Cure’.

Thank you Bridgett, we are delighted to acknowledge your superb achievement in raising an incredible £1,900 so quickly after ‘Ryan’s day’, it really will make a difference.
